LAS VEGAS (April 21, 2026)— Toastmasters International, a worldwide nonprofit educational organization, will recognize Credit One Bank with The Corporate Recognition Award, for its distinguished investment in employee engagement and the future of its organization. Credit One Bank sponsors Credit One Toasters in Las Vegas where its employees meet to develop and strengthen their communication and leadership skills in a supportive setting with their coworkers.
The award will be presented to Credit One Bank by Radhi Spear, DTM, Toastmasters International Immediate Past President on May 5 at 12:00 PM at Credit One Bank’s offices in Las Vegas.

Since its inception on August 15, 2023, Credit One Toasters has earned a Distinguished status in the Distinguished Club Program, a notable recognition from Toastmasters International, and has seen members advance in the International Speech Contest. Under the leadership of Lynna Duron, who has served as President since July 2025, and in close partnership with Shannon Oroz, Immediate Past President and Toastmasters District 115 Area Director, the club has continued to build a strong and engaged membership, growing to 43 members. Participants have leveraged the program to support career growth and promotions, while club officers have progressed into Area leadership roles. Member engagement remains strong, reflected in a 75% retention rate, active contest participation, and consistent involvement at international conferences.
